The Waitakere Lone Star is housed in a building of some style and history. Built in 1963, it was originally called "Ceramic House" - a showpiece for "Ceramo's" building techniques. Interestingly it features more brick than any other building in Australasia. (in the immortal words of the Commodores, "she's a brick house, she mighty, mighty"). It's been restored and renovated to house our beautiful Restaurant which seats 140 guests, this includes an area which can be utilised to host private functions and a bar perfect to chill out in before moving in to dine from our extensive and eclectic menus.

Don't forget to come early and watch the sunset from our deck - you can catch the light stream over the most enormous Pohutukawa in West Auckland. We are fiercely proud that we are 100% New Zealand owned and operated.
