Our Executive Chef, Henk Weiss has over 30 yrs of international experience from all over Europe and now to The Fringe of Heaven, the Waitekeres, Titirangi. Between Henk and his young and enthusiastic team, they have created an extensive menu with a variety of flavours to satisfy everybody's tastes.
